This one didn't come out quite like I thought it would. It is supposed to have a magnifing glass in it. "I can see clearly now, but what am I looking at" is what it is to say. It is from the FlashPix.com site.
This site is fun! After trial and error, I managed to download this. It is the glitter bubblegum font. Will try more at a later time!
This is a an easy recipe for making chop suey. No seasoning needed. Smells terrific! Ingredients
1 1.2 pounds pork (I use pork chops or pork steak) 1 or 2 onions chopped fine 2 large green peppers 1 1/2 cups chopped celery----some tops soy sauce cooked rice
Directions: Chop the pork into small pieces (hint: slightly freeze the meat to make it easier to cut) Put in a large pot and cover with water. Cook for 1/2 hour while you are chopping the vegetables. Add vegetables. Add enough water to cover. Cook until meat and vegetables are tender (approx another half hour or until done) Add a small amount of soy sauce.
Cook rice---amount depends on your family
Serve chop suey over a bed of rice and add soy sauce to your taste.
